About the position
You will independently guide new clients through the implementation of Bloxs and advise existing clients on improvements to the setup of their real estate business and the software. We’ll get you ready for that within 6 to 12 months. You will begin to know our company and our software under the guidance of your immediate fellow consultants. You will assist new and existing customers from the office in solving questions and you will support fellow consultants from the start with implementations. Once you’ve mastered all that, you’ll join fellow consultants on the road. You will attend live implementations at all kinds of real estate companies and learn the intricacies of the business from a variety of colleagues.
And then you’re ready to go! You will be on the road to independently make new customers happy, and existing customers even happier!


What we ask of you
- No experience with IT, but feel for processes and customer satisfaction
- You have an HBO work and thinking level
- You have a completed education in the field of finance, business economics, real estate and/or facility management
- 3 to 6 years of work experience (preferably in a similar position)
- Excellent communication skills
- You are a go-getter
