About the position
You are fully responsible for the marketing activities of Bloxs in the Netherlands and are part of our commercial team. You will conceive, develop and execute a wide range of marketing activities, including:
- You will follow all developments in the Real Estate Investment and Property Management market;
- You understand the unique benefits of our products and services and know how to present them appropriately to the market;
- You will manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content;
- You will provide marketing content in the form of (web) texts, customer interviews, case studies and product specifications, coordinating work that requires the assistance of colleagues and external specialists;
- You will manage the Bloxs website and social media channels;
- You will work closely with our sales team, various external specialists and maintain contacts with media partners.
What we ask of you
You have a passion for (digital) marketing, a good understanding of what interests customers and knowledge of Property Management and/or Real Estate Investment. You have a “proactive” mentality and know how to turn ideas into action. You are a team player and know how to bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales with your substantive knowledge and excellent communication skills.
